LogicPros is led by Aaron Hefling — a former technical analyst at Service New Brunswick, where he helped automate the province's IT refresh deployment process. With 21 years in technology, Microsoft and CompTIA certifications, and credentials as a Meta developer, we bring government-scale experience to small business problems.

We started LogicPros because we love this work. Finding the part of a business that's slowing it down. Designing the system that fixes it. Building it, shipping it, watching the team's week get easier. That's what gets us out of bed.

Do you work with businesses outside New Brunswick? add

Yes. We work remotely with clients across Atlantic Canada and beyond. Some of our largest current automation engagements are based in the Greater Moncton area.

What if I don't know exactly what to automate? add

Most clients don't. We start with a discovery call where we map your week — what tasks eat your time, where information gets copied between systems, what gets done manually every week. By the end of the call we usually have two or three clear automation candidates ranked by impact. You don't need to know what AI can do; we'll figure out where it fits.

What does an AI automation project cost? add

Most projects run $2,000 to $10,000 depending on scope. A single workflow (like an AI proposal generator or social media scheduler) typically starts around $2,000. More complex multi-system integrations cost more. We always quote up front — no surprises.

How long does a typical project take? add

Most projects ship in 2 to 4 weeks. A simple workflow — a single chatbot, a scheduled posting tool, a basic integration — can be live in a week. More complex builds (proposal generators, fact-checked content pipelines, multi-system integrations) take 3 to 6 weeks. We give you a firm timeline before any work starts, and we hit it.

What tools do you build with? add

We build primarily on n8n — an open-source workflow automation platform — combined with Claude and OpenAI APIs for the AI features. For client-facing tools we use modern web stacks (React, Tailwind, Firebase). Tools are chosen for the job, not for vendor lock-in. You can take the work to another shop and it will still run.

Do we own the system, or are we licensing it? add

You own it. The workflows, the code, the integrations are your assets — not rented from us. There are no per-user fees, no monthly subscription on top of the build, and no contract that traps you. We can host it for you if you want turnkey, but the system itself is yours.

Do you host the automations, or do we? add

Either. We run our own infrastructure for clients who want a turnkey hosted system, or we can deploy to your environment if you'd rather own the hosting and avoid ongoing fees.

What happens if something breaks? add

We monitor every system we host and respond to issues within hours, not days. Most clients sign onto a small monthly maintenance plan starting around $75/month for ongoing updates, AI model changes, and small tweaks as the business grows. If you'd rather handle it yourself, we provide documentation and walk your team through it.

Can you build custom chatbots for Facebook and Instagram? add

Yes. We build chatbots that understand your business, qualify leads, answer common questions, and hand off to a human when the conversation needs it. They live on your website, in Messenger, or in Instagram DMs — whichever your customers actually use.

Are the AI systems private? add

Yes — when required. We've set up local servers and air-gapped AI systems for clients with sensitive data, where nothing leaves the building. Your data never goes to a third-party cloud.
